When I first started dating my wife, her friend, who had big boobs, was constantly showing her cleavage. I got called out one time for looking (I don't recall by whom). I admitted to it and said, well if she didn't want me looking at them, then she shouldn't have them hanging out. It is hypocritical for any women to be offended if any man looks at their cleavage.
